About the Position
This Team Member is a member of our Shipping team and responsible for ensuring all packages are packed and shipped. The Shipping Team Member is led by the Shipping Team Lead and reports to the Product GM.
Position Responsibilities
- Keep a mental catalog of all our products
- Sort orders to determine shipment priority
- Utilize Shopify and Shipstation to manage orders
- Pick and pack orders with care, selecting the most efficient packaging materials
- Ship packages by selecting the cheapest, fastest, and most efficient shipping method
About the Role
This is a Team Member role. Team Members are individual contributors who are accountable for their own performance and contribution to their team. This is not a management role.
