The Demeka Becha washing station sits on a hill, right in the middle of the coffee growing regions of Bona Zuria in Sidama, Ethiopia. Close to 10,000 coffee producers surround the site. These producers bring their coffees to Demeka Becha to be weighed, depulped, fermented, and washed. Then the coffees are dried in the sun and shipped out. Demeka Becha is owned by Ayele Tulu, and is family ran. His sons, Tsegab and Abinet, are both heavily involved, and Ayele’s wife, Genet Haile Endeshow, is the heart of the business embracing everyone who has the privilege of working with their station or coffee producing sites. The collective efforts of the Becha community to produce such outstanding coffees causes us to feel a great sense of honor in being able to offer it to our coffee community.
Best Coffee Ever !!
This is truly the best coffee, especially for pour overs. It's so good, we have family ship it to us in London.
Fresh farm to table beans awesome value
We were impressed by the staff and tastes stopping in Methodical’s Greensboro location on a road trip and have enjoyed their perfectly roasted Ethiopians and Kenyans ever since. The value for the flavor with free shipping of 5 lbs within a few days of roast is outstanding. Keep up the good work, team Methodical!!
Great cup of coffee
You know it’s good stuff when your son is to cheap to buy his own and high jacks my bag!
