Coffee 100 - April Brew Theory Class
In our Brew Theory class, you will learn the science behind brewing great tasting coffee. The class will start with cupping several different coffees with explanation and demoing of how to taste coffee critically. After that, a tasting of coffees that have been brewed properly and improperly will be presented to you to taste and discuss. Next, you'll be taught how to brew a pour over and how to adjust variables to create a great tasting cup of coffee.
You'll go home with a new knowledge, some educational materials, and a bag of Methodical Coffee. This class is taught by our head barista, Andrew Sutton.
