Coffee 101 - May Brewing Technique & Troubleshooting Class
In our Brewing Technique & Troubleshooting class, you will apply concepts learned in the Brewing Theory class to evaluate, assess, and correct forms of brewed coffee. These exercises will strengthen your ability to think and taste critically and strengthen your understanding of extraction and the variables that effect extraction.
You'll go home with a new knowledge, some educational materials, and a bag of Methodical Coffee. This class is taught by our head barista, Andrew Sutton.
