We have found a gem, here. This decaf is processed with the E.A. method. This is a natural process of decaffeination which holds together the coffee's integrity like we have never experienced before in a decaffeinated coffee. The E.A. process includes soaking the un-roasted coffee in a solution of water and Ethyl Acetate (E.A.) to bond to the caffeine, extracting it out of the bean. Once all the caffeine is out, the bean is steamed to remove residual E.A., and voila! Decaf!
