From the region of Tarqui, Huila, this coffee consists of the work of farmers Roldolfo & Arcesio Pastrana (brothers from Finca La Esmeralda), and Dorian Felipe Osorio from the farm of La Brisa. This coffee goes through a 27 - 30 hour fermentation, and is then dried for 15 - 20 days.
