Coffee 102 - June Seed to Cup Class
In our Seed to Cup class, you will learn coffee's journey from the farm to cup. You will learn about coffee varietals, growing conditions, washing methods, and observe the coffee roasting process. You'll then participate in a coffee cupping to learn the characteristics of different varietals and origins. The goal of this class is to properly educate attendees and empower them to make better coffee buying choices at cafes and stores.
You'll go home with a new knowledge, some educational materials, and a bag of Methodical Coffee. This class is taught by our head barista, Andrew Sutton.
