This Chinese black tea is grown in very high altitudes, which proves to be the perfect tea growing environment. The altitude, combined with the warmth and humidity of the highlands, creates a natural greenhouse that Yunnan tea plants thrive in. The Ying Ming Yunnan is only produced during the months of March and April, when the mountain air is moist and a little cooler. This aids in bringing out more sweetness than many other Yunnan teas.
How to Brew
Tea: Measure 1 teaspoon of tea for every 8oz of water.
Water: Heat water to 195 degrees.
Steep: Steep for 4-6 minutes.
