A summertime-inspired coffee blended to be enjoyed hot or ice cold.

Iced Americanos, cold brew, and pour overs over ice are some of our favorite ways to enjoy a hot summer day. So we created a coffee blend to be enjoyed iced just as much as hot.

Feels Like Summer has a flavor profile of citrus and tropical fruit notes, lively acidity, and a balanced body, in other words, light, bright, and refreshing. And it's only available during the warm summer months.

Our friend and long-time artist collaborator, Annie Koelle, produced the amazing artwork for the coffee.

How to Brew

Grind

27 grams of coffee ground medium

Water

400 grams of 205*F water

Brew

Pour 50 grams of water to start. After 30 seconds, pour to 200g. At 1:30 pour all water. Finish at 3:05.

Dose

18 grams finely-ground coffee

Yield

36 grams of espresso

Brew

Pull shot for 32 seconds

FAQ

When will my order ship?

Freshness is critical to fully enjoying coffee. We roast to order to ensure your coffee is at peak freshness when it arrives. We roast to order and ship Monday-Thursday. Orders are usually fulfilled the production day after they are placed (for example, orders placed on Monday will ship on Tuesday). Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday.
Can my coffee be ground?

By you? Yes. By us, sadly, no. Currently, we can only ship whole-bean coffee.
What if my package is delayed?

Sometimes our shipping partners experience delays due to weather, heightened demand, technical issues, pandemics, or aliens. All of which is out of our hands, except the aliens, but that's not for here.

If your package is delayed, let us know and we'll track it down and escalate its delivery. If it's delayed more than 2 weeks past the shipment date, and your order includes coffee, we'll either refund your money or ship you fresh coffee at no cost.
Can this item be returned?

For all non coffee or tea items, a full refund can be requested if the items are unused within 30 days of delivery. To start a refund, email us at info@methodicalcoffee.com and we'll get your taken care of.
