Does Club Methodical apply to online and in a café?
It will! Club Methodical is currently available for online guests only but will launch for in-café guests soon.
Is this replacing Toast Loyalty in-café?
Yes! Club Methodical is replacing our current Toast Loyalty program in-café. Current loyalty member points will be transferred to Club Methodical.
What's the difference between a guest and a member?
Everyone who joins Club Methodical starts as a Club Guest and earns 5% back immediately. Once you've spent $200 in a year, you become a Club Member and unlock exclusive releases, member events, and more. Your membership renews each year as long as you continue to spend $200 annually.
What does 5% back mean?
Online or in-café, you earn 10 points for every $1 spent. Accumulate points to unlock rewards for discounts on future purchases, or donate the dollar value of your rewards to origin communities we support.
How do I know what rewards I have available?
At any time, you can login at club.methodicalcoffee.com to see your available rewards. Alternatively, when purchasing online, you'll see your available rewards at checkout. In-café, once you add items to your order, the barista will see what rewards you can redeem on that order.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire every year on your sign-up anniversary. Member status (access to exclusive releases and events) renews annually when you spend $200.
How do I check-in at a café?
When you sign up, you'll receive an email with instructions on downloading your digital wallet pass. This pass will have a QR code you'll scan when you place your order. If you don't have a smartphone, you can ask the barista to look you up in our system using your name, email, or phone number. You can also find your QR code when logged in at club.methodicalcoffee.com
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions earn points but rewards cannot be used on subscription orders. All subscriptions already receive at least a 10% discount.
How do I manage my Club Methodical account?
You can manage your account at club.methodicalcoffee.com or by clicking "account" in this site's main navigation and signing in.
Will current Loyalty members retain their points?
Yes! All your points will transfer to the new system.
Are any products excluded?
All Breville, Lelit, and Baratza products are excluded from earning points. But you can use rewards on their puchase.
