Is the coffee fresh?

All our coffees are roasted to order. That means your coffee will ship out the day it was roasted. So you will always have the freshest coffee possible.
Can I change my subscription?

Yes! Just simply login to your account to access your subscription. You can also contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Can I skip a shipment?

You'll receive a notification a few days before each shipment that will allow you to easily edit your next shipment. Or you can even gift it to someone and share the coffee love!
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time through your subscription admin. You're also welcome to contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.
Can I change what coffee I receive?

If you have a classic, contemporary, avant-garde, or roaster's choice subscription, you can change which coffee you receive in your next shipment in your upcoming order email.

But if you subscribe to a specific coffee, you'd have to cancel your subscription in order to subscribe to something else.
