How to Brew

25 grams of coffee ground medium
Water
400 grams of 205*F water
Brew
Pour 50 grams of water to start. After 30 seconds, pour up to 150g. At 1:15, pour up to 300g. At 2:00, pour up to 400g. Finish at 3:00-3:30.
