A blend true to the season—warm and comforting—but also bright to lift your spirits during the cold winter days.
January tends to be a sleepier month as we recover from the holidays, reflect on the time passed, and look to the year already under way. We created Winter Bloom to be a warm comfort for those waking up to a dark chilly house and for those ending their evening snuggled up to a warm fire with a good book. And as the brew warms your belly, you'll find a bit of brightness on the palate meant to symbolize the inevitable coming of Spring. Winter Bloom is a blend of dark coffees to provide the body with notes of chocolate and spiced plum (yum!). To that, we've added a washed Ethiopian coffee to act as the exclamation point at the end of this statement of flavor. We hope you find it comforting and warm, and a celebration of the beauty of winter and all it represents.

Brew
Pour 50 grams of water to start. After 30 seconds, add 200g. At 1:30 pour all water. Finish at 3:00-3:25.
FAQ
We roast to order and ship Monday-Thursday. Orders are usually fulfilled the production day after they are placed (for example, orders placed on Monday will ship on Tuesday). Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday.
By you? Yes. By us, sadly, no. Currently, we can only ship whole-bean coffee.
Freshness is critical to fully enjoying coffee. We roast to order to ensure your coffee is at peak freshness when it arrives. Sometimes our shipping partners experience delays due to weather, heightened demand, technical issues, pandemics, or aliens. All of which is out of our hands, except the aliens, but that's not for here.
If your package is delayed, let us know and we'll track it down and escalate its delivery. If it's delayed more than 2 weeks past the shipment date, and your order includes coffee, we'll either refund your money or ship you fresh coffee at no cost.
