This fruit-forward community experimental lot serves multiple purposes. On one side, it’s a complex, versatile coffee with notes of watermelon supported by a round body and vibrant fruit character. This makes it equally suited as a blend component or a stand-alone single-origin release. On the other side, it helps build demand for the processing experiments that are essential to the development of the young producers in the program. This lot is composed of many small experimental lots that, when combined, create a fruit-forward, chocolatey profile. In this way, producers can continue learning and refining their craft through small-batch experimentation, while roasters support that growth by featuring the coffee on their menus.
