Just like the holiday break, this coffee is best enjoyed with others. Christmas Vacation is a blend of two coffees: Costa Rica, La Pastora and Ethiopia, Guji - Natural. La Pastora provides structure that can hold up to cream, sugar, or even bourbon cream, while Ethiopia adds brightness and complexity. Combined, these coffees creates a well-rounded flavor profile of chocolate, cherries, and berries so that no matter who you're catering to, everyone will be impressed.

26 grams of coffee ground medium-fine
Water
400 grams of 205*F Water
Brew
Pour 50 grams of water to start. After 30 seconds, pour to 200g of water. At 1:00, pour to 300g. Pour all water at 1:30. Finish at 3:30.
