Pink Lady is the namesake of one half of our prized paint-by-number renditions of the classic eighteenth century portraits The Blue Boy and Pinkie. Sateen dark chocolate jeweled with sweet and flavorful berry and orange tinge this blend of two Ethiopian coffees, a representation of simple indulgence. Pink Lady imparts a luscious vibrance, embodying the bold riches that can be found hiding in life’s humblest corners.
Where is it from?
Pink Lady is made up of 60% Washed Ethiopia Guji and 40% Natural Guji. Both coffees have their origin in the Hambela farm, nestled in the fertile state of Oromia in the Guji zone, with 494 acres devoted to coffee crops. The farm is a subset of METAD, an agriculture development company responsible for growing and harvesting under strict standards, grading the resulting crop in their quality lab, and allocating the coffees to export.
It was fresh and great!! the coffee beans were so special, small in size and you can tell from the color how well it was roasted. I love it and enjoyed it a lot!!!
Methodical has been my every day coffee for well over a year, since I discovered it at a coffeeshop. Blue Boy was the first and after drinking what to me is the perfect coffee, I went out on a limb and tried Play Nice. Excellent. So, I traded back and forth each order. Then I decided once more to take my barista's advice and try Pink Lady and once again I am impressed. Absolutely wonderful, homey, delicious coffee. This is why so many people drop by my house 20 miles from anywhere for a cup of coffee. Great job on this one too!
This coffee was amazing!!! It was very balanced when adding milk for a latte or cortado.
Very nice flavor and great aroma. We're definitely enjoying the Pink Lady.
