Ask a question via email, you will receive an answer via email. Ask for brewing tips, they will point you to the correct video. This is one coffee service that believes in developing loyalty among their customers
Though I usually buy from local St. Louis roasters, I decided to purchase a sampler box to prep for our vacation to SC. I was blown away by how quickly I received my box and how recent the roasting date was.
I’ve tried my avant-garde blend and I’m in love. It’s a perfect blend and might just have to purchase more once my sampler is finished. I can’t wait to try the other two!
The coffees were as described and roasted well. I've never been a black tea guy, so I guess that's why I haven't been able to warm up to honey processed coffees. One was half natural, half honey, which is interiguing, but then that english breakfasty finish just didn't do it for me. The washed coffee was nice, but usually light roast washed coffees just make me wish it was natural. My favorite washed are central american for the chocolatey easiness.
Anyway, you asked, so there's my feedback. Please don't feel the need to do anything. I'll finish the coffees and who knows, maybe I'll educate my palate so that I end up liking the honey.
